Howdy Storytellers! 🤠
The public release of the Movie Machine is coming soon and we’re making it easier than ever to turn your ideas into film. Do you have a story ready to go?
I’m Dylann Crush, the new Community and Events Lead at Creatorwood and USA Today Bestselling Author of more than 100 steamy contemporary romances under two different pen names. I’m also a huge fan of the Movie Machine and can’t wait to see some of my own stories come to life on the screen.
But… with so many stories, it’s hard to decide where to start. And whether you’ve got 1000 stories ready to go or are working on your very first, you probably have the same question… What makes a story movie-worthy?
Join Creatorwood co-founder, Michael Evans, for a 3-part series where we’ll tackle that exact question. For the next three Thursdays, Michael will be hosting the How to Make Your Movie Popcorn-Worthy series and you’re invited!

Week One - Choosing Stories Worth Watching - Not all stories will shine on the “big” screen. We’ll talk about how to decide which of your stories work best for film. 2/12 - 3pm PT - sign up here
Week Two - Creating Characters Worth Watching -Your characters are the heart of your story. We’ll provide tips on how to create characters your audience will remember long after your film ends. 2/19 - 3pm PT - sign up here
Week Three - Crafting a Story Worth Finishing - You might have a great opening scene with dynamic characters but how do you keep that momentum going through a whole film? We’ll discuss story structure and how to ensure you don’t miss a beat when planning your story from start to finish. 2/26 - 3pm PT - sign up here
After you sign up, you’ll receive a link to join us on Zoom and we will provide a recording after.
We’re looking forward to seeing you on Thursday! And never forget…

P.P.S. Have you reached Saturn’s Rings? It’s the latest sci-fi film made with the Movie Machine. You can watch it HERE. If you want us to do a director’s cut of how this film was made with the Movie Machine, let us know, we’d love to organize it.
