Welcome to Day 5 of the Creatorowood Bootcamp. You can catch up on all previous days here.
But before we dive into the full run-down of Day 5 of the Creatorwood Bootcamp, you can watch the YouTube video to accompany Day 5 of the Bootcamp right here 👇
Today isn’t the end.
It’s the start of something way bigger.
Because now it’s time to take what you’ve learned…
…and turn it into your very own $10M+ storytelling empire.
Over the past four days, we’ve covered:
✅ How to find a story that people actually want to watch
✅ How to validate that story before spending a dime
✅ How to create your film using Creatorwood
✅ How to grow your audience and monetize with content + ads
But this is where most bootcamps stop.
We’re just getting started 😈.
Step 1: Fix What’s Broken
Before scaling, we need to plug the leaks.
Here’s where most creators stall, and how to get unstuck:
1. You’re not getting traffic
Most people post once or twice and call it “marketing.”
But it takes a real growth engine.
Start here:
Post daily on TikTok or Shorts for 7 days
Run a $5/day Facebook ad (your coffee budget = data)
Partner with 2–3 creators in your genre
2. Traffic, but no one’s clicking
You’ve got visibility, but no real engagement?
Time to fix your hook.
Ask yourself:
What gap in the market does my story fill?
Why should someone choose my film out of thousands?
Who is this really for?
Test multiple hooks, headlines, thumbnails, and taglines.
One winning angle can change everything.
3. They’re watching, but not sticking around
Check your Creatorwood analytics:
What episode are people dropping off at?
Can you tighten pacing? Shift the tone? Add suspense?
Test new versions of the episode.
Retention = trust = revenue.
Remember: Hollywood blockbusters iterate in test screenings.
So can you.
Step 2: Map Out Your Empire
Once things are clicking, it’s time to expand into building your own “mini-Disney”.
Start with a Synergy Map, a visual blueprint of all the ways your story can expand.
At the center: your audience.
Around it:
More content — sequels, spinoffs, comics, games
Products — merch, physical goods, subscription boxes
Services — coaching, consulting, behind-the-scenes access
Experiences — meetups, virtual events, fandom spaces
Brand deals — integrate sponsors into your storyworld
Pro tip: Hollywood makes billions annually by placing products in scenes.
So can you by working directly with brands, or better yet, build your own brand around your IP.
This is how MrBeast built Feastables (I used to work for MrBeast and during my time there Feastables made up a majority of the company’s revenue… not revenue from the videos directly, but instead selling chocolate).
It’s how Disney became Disney.
And it’s how you build something that lasts.
Step 3: Launch Your Viewer Journey
Now it’s time to create your Minimum Viable Viewer Journey:
Attract viewers with a compelling story + clear hook
Convert them into superfans (via email, Discord, paid content)
Monetize across multiple points (film, merch, books, products)
Build long-term loyalty with layered experiences
If you do this well, you won’t just build a film…
You’ll build a franchise.
